Our services are delivered in person at our Madrid office, by video call, or by email, depending on what we agree with you. We do not sell physical products, so there are no shipping or delivery charges. Fees are quoted before work begins, and you will receive a clear explanation of what is included. You can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us, and we will apply the cancellation terms described below. If you have questions about these terms, please contact us before booking. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Invoices are issued with applicable taxes. Late payments may incur interest. Payment for our accounting and tax services is due according to the invoice we issue after the work is completed or at agreed milestones. We will provide a clear fee estimate before starting any service, and we will tell you if the scope changes and affects the price. You can pay by bank transfer to the account details shown on the invoice, or by another method we agree with you in advance. Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you are a business client, we may require a deposit for large or ongoing projects, and we will explain this before you commit. We do not store your payment card details on our website because we do not process online payments directly. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work on your file until payment is received, and we will notify you before doing so. We may charge reasonable late payment interest as allowed by Spanish law, but we will always contact you first to try to resolve the issue. All fees are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If you dispute an invoice, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can review it together. We will not begin collection action without first giving you a chance to explain or correct the situation.
